When I went to Iowa (from Illinois) to pick up the trailer, Mo greeted me with a big hug and made me feel really comfortable. Mike was awesome as well. I need king to just get to medical treatments daily. So! They are backed up. He didnt put me ahead of anyone. B4 Thanksgiving I dropped it. “Literally the best customer service. The Australian gentleman and the younger guy were so helpful when putting my windshield wipers on! It was freezing cold and they offered to put my wipers on and were very kind during the whole process. I was having a terrible day and had to stop and get a wiper cause I accidentally broke it and then the new wiper I bought wasn’t fitting and I was worried I would have to spend a fortune getting it fixed but they assured me they would get it and working and they did! Honestly made my whole day and so appreciative of those two!”

“Had my brake lights stop working suddenly, so I took a trip here to see if we couldn't solve the problem. Staff went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of the issue - Trey B. spent a solid half hour on the floor of my Jeep trying to replace my brake light switch when we thought that was the issue after we confirmed it wasn't the fuse. Turned out that all three of my brake lights (and a bulb socket) all just went bad at the same time, and now I don't need to worry about getting pulled over or rear ended. Every penny worth my peace of mind, and great people willing to go the extra mile to help!”

“We recently hit a deer with our vehicle and after spending most of the day trying to find a mechanic that would at least be able to tell me if my vehicle was safe to drive that day, I called PB Body Shop and they should have been my first call, because that would have saved me a ton of time that day. They told me to stop by anytime and they'd take a look at it. When I got there, Tom spent a good 30 minutes with me talking over the damage and explaining why he considered it safe to drive. He even discussed areas that could be a concern and what to watch out for. After the assessment, he was able to get me scheduled to get the vehicle repaired in about 10 days, which was less than half the time I was getting from other places in the area. Tom negotiated everything with insurance and by the next day was already ordering parts. He initially gave a 2 week estimate for the repairs and only missed that by a couple of days due to a part being held up in shipping. He did communicate these delays and provided updates daily around and after the expected completion date. Overall the service and level of care for the customer was above and beyond what I would have expected and will definitely return for any body shop needs in the future.Service: Body & Trim”
