“I use Ream every time the need arises. They always go above and beyond. But this time was extraordinary. Insurance was a stressful nightmare after a tree fell on my Jeep. I was ready to leave my insurance company after many years of coverage because of how difficult they were being regarding my repairs. Dale from Ream took on my insurance company with grace, style, and persistent patience. In the end... Dale and Ream put a smile on my face and got me mobile again. Aside from the insurance issue, other repair shops were scheduling 2 to 3 months out. Ream got my car in immediately when the insurance was worked out. Five stars isn't enough to express my satisfaction.”

Traveled up, signed paperwork and was on my way, while they were in the middle of snow and super cold. Everyone was super friendly, communication was fast and great. They were honest. “I have an older car with the beginnings of rust problems that I brought in to patch and paint in the summer of 2023. The rust turned out to be more extensive than I thought (should have expected that) and Zach ended up painting entire car. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. This shop does good work.”

“I've been using these guys over a year now for various projects and I'm always impressed with the quality and speed of their work. They say in body work, you can choose 2 of the following 3 options and find a shop: Quality Work, Quick Turnaround, & Inexpensive Cost. Palo Auto Body is all 3 of these options. When you go here, there is another shop on the other side of the road by a very similar name so don't go there by mistake (no experience with them - they might be good, too) but keep going all the way to the end of the road and you won't be disappointed!”

“It was initially very scary to purchase a travel trailer online. Mo was very personable and easy to talk to. My fears were immediately put to rest and we successfully made a deal. When I went to Iowa (from Illinois) to pick up the trailer, Mo greeted me with a big hug and made me feel really comfortable. He was always easy to deal with and got the best deals on anything related to buying a car. I wanted to buy a new car and Jason was now working at McGrath in Hiawatha so I went there to see him. I got a Kia Telluride 2024 and it was scheduled to be delivered within a year. 5 months and it was delivered. I did add on extras like warranty, undercoating, hitch and window tinting.
