I was ready to leave my insurance company after many years of coverage because of how difficult they were being regarding my repairs. Dale from Ream took on my insurance company with grace, style, and persistent patience. In the end... Dale and Ream put a smile on my face and got me mobile again. Aside from the insurance issue, other repair shops were scheduling 2 to 3 months out. Ream got my car in immediately when the insurance was worked out. Five stars isn't enough to express my satisfaction.”

“Best experience I have ever had with an auto parts store. My car started to idle rough and the check engine light came on. Jay came out and ran a diagnostic for the check engine light. After running the codes, Jay was able to use past experience with my make and model to recommend the most common fix.Afterwards, Jay and Jordan came out to listen to my car idle and help better diagnose the issue. After hearing a loud airflow noise, they were able to pinpoint the issue to a melted hose coupler. Jordan was able to easily replace the coupler and the idling was fixed.The two of them went above and beyond and likely saved me hundreds of dollars from a repair shop with what was a simple fix. The two of them are outstanding employees and I recommend this store to all. They have earned a customer for life and I want to thank the two of them for putting me back on the road.”

“So I need my truck with 2 out of 4 catylitic converters bad. Love theKing expedition, driving it into ground, as it'll never sell. Needed trans hoses replaced badly... Logan is a rock star. Mike was awesome as well. I need king to just get to medical treatments daily. So! They are backed up. He didnt put me ahead of anyone. B4 Thanksgiving I dropped it. “I wish I could give more stars. Bret and Adam are hands down the most customer oriented sales staff I’ve EVER met.I pulled in to the parking lot shortly after they opened . I wanted them to check my alternator and my starter. When they went to check my starter they realized it was bad and it was to the point that I couldn’t even jump the vehicle to get it home.Not only did they let me use their parking lot for over three hours to put in a new starter but they allow me access to all the tools they had available so that I could do it without having to tow my truck home.INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL.I will never go anywhere else for car parts.”
