“I first came here when we got an oil change at a different place and they didn't screw something on correctly, ruining a very specific part. Albert auto was able to get us in quickly and do the repair for loss than we thought it would cost.Recently I went in for an oil change at Albert auto. I had called the day before and they were able to fit me in very easily. I was in and out for that in half an hour. These people are great, well priced, and I feel better supporting them rather than a chain.”

“My Car blew a tire on the road near their shop. While I was digging around trying to locate the spare someone from this shop spotted me and told me to limp it in to their shop. They changed my tire for no charge, and sent me on my way. They were knowledgeable about where I should go to find a matching tire, as mine was not repairable. I am so thankful. “The last three times I have had to call AAA to dispatch a driver to pick up my vehicle from god-knows-wherever at whatever given time it was, rain snow or shine, an ATS Automotive driver was there.. at least 10 minutes before they said they would be. Tonight, no longer than 15 minutes after the phone call Ryker showed up and before I knew it I had keys in hand. Would recommend their towing/unlocking service to anyone. “I use Ream every time the need arises. They always go above and beyond. But this time was extraordinary. Insurance was a stressful nightmare after a tree fell on my Jeep. I was ready to leave my insurance company after many years of coverage because of how difficult they were being regarding my repairs. Dale from Ream took on my insurance company with grace, style, and persistent patience. In the end... Dale and Ream put a smile on my face and got me mobile again. Aside from the insurance issue, other repair shops were scheduling 2 to 3 months out. Ream got my car in immediately when the insurance was worked out. “Big Jim's was an excellent place to go. I had been quoted at another shop for over $10,000 to fix it. Big Jim's took the car in and completed the work for less than $2000. Andy talked through what the issue was, how he came to the conclusion and what was fixed. He did a good job of making me not feel like an idiot while he talked to me. He identified what else they do for oil changes and costs as well as things that may be needed in the future. All around great place!! I left there and immediately handed out business cards and recommendations at my work office. Thank you to them!”
