It always takes a long time to talk to a representative to get a tech to come fix an issue

They cut off my service two days before the date ended, even though the service end date stated that date. I guess they don't care once you cancel their services.

Terrible internet provider, especially if you work from home and need internet to do your job. If there were other options in my area, I would take my money elsewhere.
