He asked me if I was looking for a refurbished computer or one of their newer computer. Explaining to me all of my options. Then after he he helped me I chose what I wanted.He also asked me if he could help me set it up.. Then went on to tell me if I needed anything else I could come back and and they would help me. “I see a lot of negative reviews with longlines, and we much prefer it over sparklight which we thought was just crummy service. We pay $75 a month which is way cheaper than what we were paying sparklight. We have a fast downloads, my kids and my husband can all be streaming movies or playing online games at the same time with no interruptions. We do use our own router I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not, but we think it's good service.”
