They cut off my service two days before the date ended, even though the service end date stated that date. I guess they don't care once you cancel their services.

Terrible internet provider, especially if you work from home and need internet to do your job. If there were other options in my area, I would take my money elsewhere.

The only reason I left them a star so I can leave a comment. I called in last month to cancel my service. The representative said a technician will be in contact with to arrange pick-up. It's been 2 weeks and no call. So I followed up today and the representative I talked to was very stern and said our technicians don't pick up equipment. She told me my options and I told her if I return it will Long Lines reimburse me for fuel and mileage and she said no. I told her a technician put the equipment in my house why can't they pick it up. I thought it was a straight forward question she didn't have an answer. I asked her to have her co workers review the company's policies, SAP's and SOP's. That I will be sending a bill for my milage and fuel.

I wish it could be zero stars. Extremely overpriced internet that does not work at all a solid week out of each month and customer service is even worse. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been in my apartment since September 2022. Tech support has been here almost as long as I’ve been living here. Horrible ISP. I would never recommend them to anyone. I’m a college student that relies on reliable internet services. How can I do that with so many outages?

Worst internet I’ve ever used in my ENTIRE LIFE we have NO service NO internet it’s OUT all the time and you can’t come out here and install a fiber cable because your to lazy not impressed

Two times our payment was supposedly not received at the south sioux city drop off location. Happened once in January and now again March. I have reported that you can literally stick your hand through the drop box and grab envelopes out of the basket yet they haven't changed this issue and provided their customers with a safe and secure form of drop off. Was told not to use cash and honestly as long as I am paying my bill then that is all that should matter. Had a supervisor call me and literally called me a liar. Very obnoxious and rude and wasn't even able to give me the benefit of the doubt only said I am the only person this happened to. I'm an honest hardworking individual I know I made my payments. THEIFS! First time this happened I was told that a new person started and may have put it on the wrong account - never resolved. They are the only business who has stayed closed for so long. They tried telling me yesterday their doors have been open since October which is a lie!!! Doors have been closed til just recently. I highly recommend not using them. Be a loyal customer and still get slapped in the face. Cancel and go to someone else. Sparklight is being signed up and this place is being dropped.

Billing department makes errors then you have to send proof to show them they over charged you. Customer service does not return phone calls. When your "promotion" is over they don't inform you, they just jack the price up. I will never have this service again!

Half the time the service is down without warning. It takes way too long to get the service back up. I have called and complained several times about how frequently my service is down and how slow it gets and nothing has changed. I just came home after a long day today to find it’s down again and the office is conveniently closed. Really disappointed.
