I walked out with two new devices, a better plan and my monthly payment actually went down!!I am so impressed with his customer service, his knowledge and patience answering questions. This is the 2nd time he's helped us with an upgrade and I couldn't be happier.”

“Great location in the Grimes area! Corporate T-Mobile store where you can get phones, watches, and other devices for connections. Nice customer service. Went in for an upgrade. Visited on a Friday night at 5:00pm. Was in and out with the upgrade within 25 min. I already knew what I wanted. That length of time includes the amount of wait for the back room to allow for the sale of the device. (It is standard to wait for their vault to unlock for 10 min) Note: $35 upgrade support fee is charged at time of service. I like the environment. Reminded me of an Apple Store and how streamlined it is. There were 3 reps on staff and it was enough staff and timely wait. I recommend this store and will visit again for all my T-Mobile needs instead of calling. The unhelpful customer service number.”
