Online banking is really bad. Most of the time it doesn’t allow me see my transactions.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. This used to be a good bank but Customer service has gone downhill drastically. One employee will tell one one thing and then another will say the opposite and then come to find out thier policy is completely different yet. I have banked there for 8 years but am going elsewhere.
