“I am not someone who needs the latest and greatest technology, but after being turned away from Best Buy with a broken and clearly outdated phone, I needed to go to the closest location of Boost since my iPhone 11 finally gave out.
Upon walking inside, I was greeted by David and he was able to help me from start to finished, despite how stressed and technologically challenged I am. He got our plan upgraded and got me the best deal Boost offered on an iPhone 16e. He was great at troubleshooting and making sure I understood the more confusing aspects of the phone transfer.
I’ve not always had the best customer service when needing to go into a Boost location, but David was a five-star employee who knew his stuff and was great to work with.”
