“Kinda rough around the edges but great prices, great service and they do jobs that others won't. I was changing a tire and my lug nuts snapped in half. Needed them removed. Called around town and no "tire" store would touch it. Beneath them, I guess. Someone recommended Big Wheels so I called them. They told me to bring the car in the next day. I did, and left it with them. Had it ready to pick up in a few hours. Heated the lug nuts and got them off. Did not have to replace the studs, which they told me was a possibility. Saved me time and money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

Other vendors may not be able to get the trailer jacked up and may not take the service call at all when they find out it is a auto hauler.Call Pomp's for prompt professional service. He was recommended to me years ago by none other than the Service Mgr at the local Mercedes dealership. Not only are he and his guys highly competent, they've always been easy to work with. They may take longer than you'd like (seriously understaffed IMO) but the job is well done at a reasonable price when you get your car back. If time isn't of the essence, Walter is HIGHLY recommended!”
