On a whim we decided to just check out this new store which was closer to home, and I’m glad we did. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Alec B. At the Jeffersonville, Indiana store! He was very thorough and efficient and took time to make sure our new plan and phones met our needs. He offered excellent advice and found phones and plans which were what we needed and was conscientious about affordability. He did not try to oversell. He was personable and professional - what a great representative for the business! I’d highly recommend stopping in and asking for Alec!!!”
“Awesome service when I went in both times. Rachel was super nice and helpful even though it took close to a hour to transfer everything from my phone to my new RAZR+. Went back the next day and got a second one for my gf and the guy who helped my gf that day was also super nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend this store”
