Need to improve better with deaf or hard hearing people who trying to work there

We have installed Jasper engines and transmissions for 30 years and had no problems. NONE. I suspect amatuer installers have problems caused by lack of skill and knowledge. Things do not always go smooth as they imagine when they say "i can do that" we don't need no mechanic.
