On Christmas Eve our furnace quit working when the temps were in the single digits. We called Ryan at 6:30 in the morning and he patiently talked us thru everything to get it working again. I would give them 10 stars if it was allowed.”

“Well, this review is long over due. We owned two of the Kimball office desks for over 10 years. They are beautiful with classic simple lines. Pros: Great Quality Made in USA Great customer and technical service We had to move our desks but could not figure out how to take them apart (they are very well made and very heavy). So we called technical support line. We were surprised to get somebody in USA who was able to explain everything. When our call got lost, we called back to get the same person on the first ring. What a concept ... great customer service for great product made in USA. Worker was super nice explaining to us step by step what to unscrew and how to remove parts. He was really patient and took his time to make sure we got the answers we needed.
