“Great place to see all types of engines and rolling stock. Vendors are mostly nice and friendly. We did have issues with one; gave price, raised price, said Loco was new, and wasn't. But that's ok. Won't go back to that vendor. Many more to chose from! Have a hot dog stand, clean restrooms, plenty of free parking. 2nd time going, and we'll be back!”
“Chris was amazing. Took the time to explain everything to me and was extremely friendly. I went to another place and didn’t feel comfortable at all. They made me feel comfortable to sell my coins which I knew nothing about.”
“Only coin shop i will do business with. They treat everyone with the upmost respect whether you are buying a silver dollar or a oz of gold. I rarely sell but recently sold a little bit of my collection. They offered a very fair and competitive price. The people that work there are polite and welcoming even when they are extremity busy. They kinda make you feel like your part of the family. They don't just shoot you a price on the whole lot they sit down with you and tell you exactly what they will offer on each larger piece or the price they offer on a lot of scrap silver. One of the best coin shops around to be honest.”
“I've been coming here for almost a decade. Originally as a board game collector but more recently as a Warhammer player. Excellent store for many different kinds of games and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also a great spot for Magic the Gathering and other card games.
My go to gaming store for a long time!”
“My kids brought in their coin collection and were curious about selling some. The gentleman who worked there was very friendly and took the time to go through the coins. My kids and I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!”
“I just recently got into football card collecting after years of collecting other sports memorabilia and I was very fortunate to have the honor of starting this new found hobby at Dean's Dugout. Dean and his wife were very welcoming, asked for my name and sold me my first high level football pack, a Panini Select: One set for almost $140 less than retail price. Every card shop i've been too in person or looked at online hasn't come close to the low price they sold me that box at. Dean asked me to come back and to let him know what I got from the pack and i'm going to be more than happy when the card ships to come in and show him myself. It was a redemption so hopefully it ships relatively soon and I can come back to show the man himself and buy some new 2024 packs. This ain't an ad and I don't do this often but it was a cool experience and a really good deal.”
“A big shout out to Bill from Lombard Hobbies. He converted my DC Atlas Trainman® Plus NRE Genset II Locomotive to DCC. Awesome shop with awesome people. Thank you once again Bill for your help.”
“Ordered a set 4 flags from Flags USA. Kim helped me with my order. Best service! These flags are just what I needed, they had different options of sizes and the prices were better than competitors! I'll be purchasing from them again! Best part, flags are USA manufactured!”
“Very well put together place, amazing and friendly staff. That is very informative. They don’t have what you want they will get it for you. I went in there with my kiddos, and they even gave them little sample packs for them to get into it! Hope it’s appropriate to mention an employee Sebastian there that made the experience great and easy. I will definitely be a returning customer ?”
“I have literally spent thousands of dollars here and why you ask? It's because of this shops integrity and honestly. This is where I started my hobby in silver and gold and there has been no disappointment at all.As a matter of fact I made a friend.Dan is the owner of the shop and is really good people.”
“The Best place to "Break Packs"! Bring the kids to this place!Scott and staff always make you feel welcomed. Ask them questions especially if you're new to Sports Card collecting. They enjoy educating newbies and welcoming them to the sports card collecting hobby.”
“Please ignore any one star reviews on my business. They are NOT customers of mine. They are people going to another business, a nightclub/restaurant in a different plaza without adequate parking, filling up the parking spots in front of my business, and refusing to move their car when I've asked them.”
“Nice store for all kinds of kids stuff in Lombard. Lots of Dr. Who and marvel figures and toys. Prices were decent. Not many customers even on a weekend.Staff were helpful to look and suggest items.”
“Excellent selection of beer and wine making equipment and supplies. Kyle is very knowledgeable and helpful with getting started, as well as advice on modifying recipes. Have yet to attend one of their brewing events, but the home brewer's day event was very fun and filled with welcoming people.
My go-to place for brewing supplies. Plenty of parking and just off St. Charles Rd makes it easy to get to as well.”

522 W Wise Rd, Schaumburg“I love how they make military style legos vehicles, tanks, planes and mini figs. Very friendly and nice. Great service. Answered all my questions. The only bad part is the sets are expensive. I would go back again”
“First time in the Chicago area and long time collector of Charlie Bears and Jellycat. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I headed to Fairy Tales Inc. What a beautiful shop. Wonderful selection and the store associates are kind, helpful and patient. Very highly recommend checking this quaint store in Lombard.”
“Excellent selection of trains, accessories, track, and even toys for the kids. Train service and support was excellent and the guys are helpful and knowledgeable all around. I am a kid again. Thank you. Ceiling layout is complete, just 1 more tweak remains.”

116 W Bartlett Ave #1, Bartlett“Angie is excellent! She is very trusteorthy, provides excellent client care and very professional. She handled my transaction within 4 days. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of her services regarding antiques and or other precious items. Laurie M, Bartlett IL”
“Knowing the layout of the store, I found everything I was looking for. The store seemed to be short on help, but I guess that's not so uncommon since covid for many establishments.”
“Among the many philatelic (stamp) auction houses Rasdale is a standout.Their auction catalogues are worth the price of admission: lively and well written with just the right touch of humor. Even if you don't participatethey are a delight to read. I've successfully acquired many choice items fromthem. And if you are selling (far too common these days) you can rest assured their mid-western values and character will guide you painlessly.Whether you are perusing their extensive catalogue for elusive items for your collection, or selling dad's (or grandpa's) cherished stamp albums I cannot recommend them highly enough. PS-why don't you keep one of your father's albums for yourself? I think the kids would love pouring over it!”
“Ravi was amazing I was just browsing and he was amazing very valuable employee. Made sure I found what I was looking for. Very helpful person thank you so much we will be back again.”
“Their selection is vast. The 70% sale they had on canvas was incredible. I walked away with 3 gigantic canvases for my profession art job (yes I get to brag) and even went back to grab a cart. Imagine a 6 ft 3ish 4ish tall guy grabbing one of those little carts made for a child. I needed it. That's how good the sale was. Paint was discounted, so I bought Paynes gray, unbleached titanium, and none of those small tunes, the ink well styled ones. I bought a new roller, however that's why I'm leaving 4 and not 5. Yall need new rollers. The ones you sell are cheap. Mime broke after 1 session I'm sorry. I hate that I need to go to home depot now for an industrial one. We'll that's minor. The customer service is always ? top notch and I'm extremely happy when I frequent here. It's like the mall of America for artists. Eh 5 stars. That's too critical. Good store.”
“Very clean! I have been here a few times in the last week for a project and although stock choices for certain things seemed minimal - I'm assuming due to the sales they were running - I was able to find almost everything I needed.”
“service is seriously a notch above! Maria and the team is the best. She did not stop until she found Brown card stock n Illinois for me! She could have said, " Sorry, we are out." but no! She went above and beyond and I headed out to another Micheal's to retrieve my Brown paper! PUT HER IN YOUR CORPORATE SEAT!”
“Always a fun place to shop for holiday items as well as accessories for the home, crafts, garden, and more. Plus something is always on sale for 50% discount or less.”

2768 Aurora Ave, Naperville“Nicely laid out, clean, and had a thorough embroidery section that carried many of the DMC threads that the nearby Joann's Fabric didn't have! I'm looking forward to using their in-store framing, as well. (Plus, self check-out is always a nice bonus. )”
“My son won a package for their pack wars event. It was one of the best nights that my son and I have shared together. The staff is amazing and we will be attending their events regularly. Great place and it’s earned our business.”
“Gabe is very knowledgable as well as a very interesting person to talk with. His prices are very fair. I’m not sure why Google claims that his business is permanently closed but he is certainly open for business as usual!”
