“Beyond great service! Owner and his employee took me in right away. Came out and started to look at the car with me right when I got there. Talked about what I knew was wrong with the car and about potential problems. Took the car in the back right away and got done with the work extremely fast. Everyone that walked in knew the owner personally and felt like one big family. Had some tire issues that needed to be fixed. He didn’t print a ticket for me so he did all the work on the house. The professionalism of this place was spot on. I was also a first time customer. “Our dog had an accident all over the trunk of my car and even though I thought I cleaned it well, it still smelled horrible so we took it to get detailed. James did an incredible job! “I'm very grateful that I was recommended to this place. They are amazing and they know what they are doing! I bought 33 inch tires for my Jeep Wrangler from Firestone in Urbana. They failed to balance and put the appropriate weights on my Jeep/tires. Thus, causing my jeep to wobble! They and many other places in Urbana-Champaign couldn't fix the issue or just didn't want to deal with it.However, Best Drive went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this place. Extremely happy that I get to drive my Jeep around town and on the highway without it wobbling and/or shaking!! Happy customer!”

“I’m a young girl and I went in after I popped a hole in the side of one of my tires, I decided to get 4 new ones and was quoted 850 for four new tires, labor, alignment and balance, which is quite fair, I received an itemized bill when I was charge and the total was actually less @ $828. I went in on a Thursday afternoon was quickly attended too and given a price estimate, was told to come back Monday morning and I’d get my car back the same day. I did such and brought my car in around 11 and got a call around @3:30. Every one I talked to was very nice including a younger guy and two older men. labour is around 110 per hour which shocked me but in a good sense like maybe I should fix cars. To be honest I’m very happy and when I got my car was nothing was wrong actually better no more wheel vibration and quieter. Thanks guys I’m very happy:) I would def come here againServices: Tires”

“My experience with KMC Auto Care was exceptional. I attempted to replace the alternator on my car, but due to an injury, I sought their help to complete the job. They scheduled me for the following week and finished the task the next day.The pricing offered was fair and reasonable. The drop-off area was convenient even for a large tow truck. What impressed me was their welcoming guest area, which exuded a warm and homey atmosphere. A testament to the staff's sense of responsibility was the presence of multiple well-cared-for animals.Though I understood that having a mechanic finish a repair is bad etiquette, I did my best to assist. I provided a detailed breakdown of the steps taken, labeling the parts and bolts involved.They candidly mentioned that undoing some of my work was tedious. Not a compliment, yes; however, it was genuine and honest. I appreciate their transparency and dedication to the job.Now, let me address a couple of minor nitpicks. While most of the post-it notes I used to label the parts were removed, there were a few left behind that I had to retrieve from the engine bay by partially disassembling the air intake. Additionally, I noticed that one bolt holding the air intake was missing.Despite these minor issues, I remain highly satisfied with the overall job performed by the KMC staff.
