Doug Kerans updated me throughout the entire process and was very professional and helpful from the moment I walked in the door, until I picked up my car. He even helped me obtain a rental car. Terra was super sweet and was willing to do whatever she could to handle any insurance issues or problems from the other insurance company (other person at fault). Good customer service is hard to find these days. Every single person I spoke with went above & beyond to help out. “This place was recommended as a place to get a flat fixed inexpensively. I had a slow leak in one tire, so took it there. A little hard to find the entrance (need to turn north on the street just west of where a GPS will take you) but eventually got there. A gal greeted me, asked me what I needed. I showed her the tire on my car. She took one look at it and said they couldn't do it because the inner edge was much more work than the outer, due to bad alignment for too long. I asked if they had any used tires my size for sale. She hollered the tire size out in a moment to her colleagues, got a "no" back, and sent me on my way. My husband ended up resolving the leak himself later, without replacing the tire. Still, I am very grateful for their prompt attention and decision, to get me back on my way without having to make or wait for an appointment and be led on. Cash only. Would visit again when needed. Note that the hours on Google may be incorrect, so call to see if they're open when you need them.”

“Saved me a ton of money by helping me determine that it was time to send a car to the scrap yard. CarX wanted $600 to work on one aspect of my failing car and I wasn't sure if it was worth it because the car had other issues and wasn't worth much. So I took it to Cecil's and asked him to assess it. The guy who helped me discovered that the car wasn't going to survive no matter how much money I spent on it. And here's he kicker: he helped me so much but didn't even want to charge for his services. Even if it only took him 20 minutes, what he did for me was worth so much to my bottom line. It was incredibly kind of him to not ask for anything in return. I'm really sad that I'm moving away because this place would be my go-to shop for everything else I need in the future. They're super honest and helpful!”

“This is a recent update on my review. Our brand new CRV Hybrid 2024 was hit by a small rock that caused a long crack this November 2023. Randy gave us a very good price. He took care of all the insurance paperwork with State Fram. We were able to have the windshield in with two Erik days and he installed it perfectly in about 1.5 hours. It has been two weeks since he installed the new windshield and all sensors are working perfectly. I continue to recommend this great shop to my friends and family.The following was my previous review:Our 2019 CRV windshield was hit by a small rock that caused a long crack. Randy gave us an accurate estimate over the phone. The price was better than all other quotes. He installed the new windshield in about an hour. “If you’re looking for a miracle, here’s your place. Charlie and the guys really saved my life this summer, by repairing my car. I was quoted 6-10k through my insurance and other repair shops throughout the CU area, many not accepting credit card as a form of payment. Not only do they accept major credit cards with little to know percentage fee, they also charged a little over a third of what I was being quoted prior to. Even with a mishap in pieces and inflation, Charlie stayed true to his quote and diligently worked to seamlessly repair my vehicle. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend these guys, they were extremely personable and professional. & I truly appreciate their services.”
