“Top and the best shop for Hybrid.I’m writing based on my own experience that I had with my 2013 Lexus RX450h which was broken for more then 6 months and no any mechanics could fix it and I was towing it from a shop to another. The previous shop before this guys been working and spent many hours for 2 weeks but couldn’t fix it and replaced throttle valve and Hybrid Converter InverterAs soon as we towed the car to this guys they called in an hour with good news. And fixed it very quick n cheap.Top best quality service with great communication guys on the phone. Today advised another friend who had some issue with his hybrid system to this shop.Thank you.”

It failed a couple times so we took it back. The mechanic not only fixed the issue but took it up there himself and it passed. This is my second Saab I’ve owned and they truly are the experts as you will be able to see the love they have for Saabs upon walking into the shop. Brought in parts because I wasn't sure the quality of what he used but his office was littered with Moog and other high quality after market brands. That price sounded absurd for what I knew the job entailed. Luckily, my suspicions were confirmed, and I got the part installed for $200 here at McCormick's Auto Body. “My young son and I were driving to the Shedd Aquarium from Waukesha, WI when my check oil light came on. I will admit that I am completely ignorant when it comes to just about anything with cars, so I had no idea what kind of damage I could be doing to the car to continue driving, and I was a good 2 hours from home. I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. It seems like a simple, easy thing for most, but they saved the day for me, and it had a huge impact on my day. If I lived closer, you'd be my go-to! Thanks, gentlemen.”
