“Had TPMS sensors replaced in two tires. Wait time (with an appointment) was a little long. For some reason, they put air in two tires that clearly had nitrogen in them (changed green caps to black - why not just put nitrogen back in?) Otherwise, positive experience.”

“We were on vacation from Savannah Georgia when our our radiator sprang a major leak! This happened around 12:00 noon. I called the nearest auto repair shop and the guys at Central Auto were able to replace our radiator and give us a tune-up all on the same day! They were so nice and very professional and went above and beyond any expectaion and saved our day!Thank you so much!”

“Staff is always great and take care of their customers. I have been coming here for 5 yrs for yearly service. I sometimes hang out in the waiting area which is great and even better post-renovations. Otherwise i get loaner. One time i had to wait a little longer than expected, and they bought me a Starbucks for the trouble. They usually get the work done in a timely manner however and are good at communicating. Love chatting with the staff as they are car people. I had my wheels done a few times from some minor curb rash and they looked perfect when done. Overall great customer service and keep my 911 running strong.”

“I was running late, I couldn't be at my appoibtment when I said I could, but Lincolnwood Toyota and the friendly staff there helped managed my call very fairly. I appreciate all the help I've received and the impressive efficiency y'all show for customer service. Waiting room has television, and plenty of theater seating. Theres a clean washroom, and plenty of snacks and everything to help you get through the wait. Although I didn't wait long, I enjoyed some free coffee and bottled water. There is a nice privacy area with cubicles against the wall, for those that bring their lap top computer or wish to do other things at a desk.”

“After looking for months, I bought my pre-owned 2022 Audi RS6 Avant from Porsche Lincolnwood, in an out of town deal. Milton and Andy were just great.The purchase process was very fair, and the guys did a lot to make the delivery process effortless. I flew in mid-day and left with the car smoothly that day. Milton went out of his way to make sure I was looked after during the whole process. While I am out town, it was evident that the facilities are first class and the staff are well trained.
