“I recently brought my Crosstrek in to have coolant and transmission fluid serviced, and it was a pleasant experience. Service was done in less than 3 hours and the shuttle service was very convenient. I paid more than I would have at a general mechanic shop, but it was worth it to know factory-trained mechanics were working on my car with OEM fluids. Also, the estimate I received during scheduling matched the amount I was billed after service was completed. 10/10 for transparency.”
