She was dressed very elegantly so I knew that she would pick an outfit just for me. She spoke polish which was a plus for me because it was an easier way for me to communicate with her. Their Theory clothes are not the same as what you'll find at a department store. And any returns must be made within 30 days.”

The staff in the women's section is above and beyond helping you, and she has good taste in fashion. So I found a nice outfit for a good price. There are alot of fun tones in their clothing that pop and are eye catching.This store is a nice little boutique style store located inside Rosemont's Fashion Outlets of Chicago with a small to medium collection of clothing. It has little relics and details of the past such as old photographs on the wall and old trinkets, with some cool modern stuff as well.The sales associates and people there are not the most attentive to their customers as some other places are but they are probably not used to many people shopping here.The price of the clothes here are premium priced but not as much as high end designer. Its like a mid to low range fashion brand and not as luxurious or expensive as the big designers.”

“Well, definitely in this store, you will find such nice heels that you can wear for work, parties or any event. Their products can really last for a long time based on personal experience. Before, I always got curious about this shop as my friends always talked about this shop. Like how beautiful the heels they bought here or how comfy and elegant the product they bought in this shop. And now, I understand why they love and always talk about this shop. And it's because it's really worth the money. Though it's not so affordable for some, still, the quality is absolutely match for its price. So, you will definitely not regret your decision in investing some of your money in their product. “I had a great time looking at the merchandise.Nicole was so friendly, personable and helpful with telling me the great deals they had. I loved all of the products, but left without buying anything b/c I wanted to think about which purse I wanted to buy. I went back the next day and bought the purse that I really liked. Troy helped me with my purchase, went to the back and brought me back a new untouched purse.He was so friendly and conversational. When I got home, my boss saw my purse and wanted one. I called the store and asked for Troy b/c I wanted to buy another purse but wasn't sure if there were others in my location since I live 8 hours from Rosemont. He wasn't working at the time and the salesperson gave him my number to call me back. He called me back w/in a ½ hour. He checked to see if it was OK for me to pay over the phone and to ship it to me. Such great customer service!!! If I'm ever in that area again, I will purchase another purse, maybe 2 in case my boss wants one.”

“Calvin Klein is definitely one of the best popular brands. It is a good thing that I went to this mall with my family so I did not waste my chance to also visit this store. I just really like the quality and the simplicity but seems expensive of their clothes. I do not know if it is only but their clothes are just great and definitely one of the best. Prices are expensive yes, but it is definitely worth every penny. this location is pretty big and it is super clean and well-lit. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I personally think that their current designs and selections are lovely. I also like that their selection is not too colorful. I definitely love their fleece jacket collection that made me buy one. I wore it already and it is just so perfect for me. Their clothes are really one of the best considering its quality, design and all but definitely not the best option when it comes to their prices but if you are willing to spend much for your clothes then this store is really one of the best options I can suggest.”
