“I visted this store when I flew into Chicago from Texas and not only was the store clean and organized but we were able to check out super fast. I might have been going too fast because I dropped my wallet in the store. The manager Maria and her team acted with the upmost integrity and mailed my wallet back to me after I called. “I've been to all the LOFT locations in Chicago, including the Loft outlet in south loop numerous times. First time visiting this outlet in Norridge, and it's now my favorite spot to shop. Open floorplan, plenty of dressing rooms, attentive and friendly staff, great selections and sizes, amazing discounts. Not sure what it's like on the weekend, but my weekday visit was very pleasant.”
