“I did not plan on going in this store but I was with my friend who has kids and she decided to shop clothes for her kids and since I am with her, I do not have a choice but to also go in here. I did not buy anything but I wanted to share how wonderful this store is. First, the staff is friendly and very accommodating who helped my friend with everything. She is a definitely a nice and helpful salesperson. Second, the place is spotless and well-lit and the racks and the selections are all organized. Third, the products are all lovely literally lovely. I think this is one of the best kid's stores I visited. The clothes are just so beautiful the designs for both male and female are spectacular and the quality is nice and definitely comfy and my friend shared that it is a really great brand and she is buying stuffs from this brand and to this particular store ever since. Lastly, the prices are fair and reasonable and definitely affordable and that day there were also discounts for about 20% discounts. After visiting the store and after knowing from my friend that this store is great then I highly recommend this wonderful store to the moms and parents out there who wants the best clothes for their kiddos.”

“This store is located in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. The store is clean and very organized. The customer service here is very good. I was having a difficult time finding my size in a particular shirt, and someone came to help me search for it. The clothes are nice and they fit well. Some of there items can be pricey but they do have good sales.”

“I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, because when I encounter great staff that has made me feel better than when I walked in, I have to pass that on. We were welcomed by one person who paused from her duties to acknowledge me and ask how she could help. And I found a great sweater that suited me, and it was very comfy. The store was clean, organized, everything perfectly folded. Thanks to the Gap Staff for providing good customer service.”

“We were stranded by United Airlines in Chicago at the end of June. On the day we could finally fly out (June 30), we had to check out of our hotel about 12 hours before our flight ultimately boarded...leaving us a lot of downtime. We stopped in to the mall. It was just my 12 year old and I. The young staff at this store was amazing. Beyond helpful! They helped make a day that was super stressful, better.”

“This was my first time visiting Build-a-Bear at Fashion Outlets of Chicago, and it was a great experience! The employee that helped me build my bear was super friendly and so very kind. This location surprisingly had a decent selection of bears to choose from as well as clothes, accessories, and scents. They even had quite a few of the Sanrio characters too, which was nice to see. I actually prefer this location over the Woodfield one despite being smaller. My overall experience was just better and they actually had the items I came for, unlike the one at Woodfield, which never has any of the items they claim to have in stock on their website for some reason.”

“I have gone to this location several times and there's this young lady by the name of Yaya, I really appreciate her customer service and her kindness in attending every customer with a positive attitude and willing to help meet the customers wants !!! “Tiny shop but you will find lots of stuff for hiking enthusiast. I did end up purchasing something from them. I believe prices were bit higher especially for a company that i haven't heard before (comparing to Columbia and so on). Hope the quality will stand”
