“first I was not sure about this company I took my car there for AC condenser when I picked it up and made it back home my hood wouldn't open up so I thought I was going to have a problem with this company but after I spoke with him I still was not happy with this company but after I took it back up there Tony said he will take care me done a good job everything I was happy with the repairs that he made so in my opinion this mechanic place is a okay they didn't treat a woman badly they helped me and I appreciate all the help that Tony gave me I recommend this place to any woman that need help with their car”

“Had yet another piece of metal stuck in back tire. The tire was wore out so today was the day to get something different. I stopped in this afternoon. They didn't have any used tires, but they did have new. They had them installed and I was back on the road 23 minutes after I pulled in the lot.

“We were traveling out of state when the tie rods came loose. AAA referred us to Marks Auto Service of nearby Rockford, Illinois and they had already checked their inventory and were ready to repair our vehicle upon arrival via tow. The needed repair was explained and completed within an hour and half and we were on our way…adding another 1500 miles trouble free. We are very pleased with their service and craftsmanship and would recommend them to family and friends.”

Not many family’s left like this, need transmission work take it to these folks. Mr. Foltz , Justin (his grandson) both sharp as a tool. They make for great short talk literally about anything. “I was looking at an Eclipse Cross however ended up with this beauty instead & couldn’t be more pleased w/my experience working with the Anderson Team in Rockford, IL. I started my car buying journey while visiting my son & his fiancée in KC, MO. Goal was to purchase a new 2024 vehicle for myself & leave the 2017 SUV with my son, so they have more room for my new grandchild ? I went to a well-known dealership in KC; to remain nameless, the salesman was good to work w/however it’s the finance manager who dissuaded me from proceeding further in that moment. I told them I needed to think about this overnight & thankfully so. I needed to do more research & saw the same vehicle I was thinking about purchasing in KC, the Eclipse Cross, was $4K cheaper back home in R’ford. I submitted a contact form to Anderson Mitsubishi to inquire about the numbers I saw online & asked if they were real numbers or just numbers to lure customers to the dealership. I received a call from Bill Palmeri who shared “what you see advertise on our website is what you’ll get” & he was not kidding. Bill introduced his salesman, Harvey Kellar. Harvey pulled up the Eclipse Cross however the beauty that I ended up purchasing was in the background. I know this is a long review & my apologies if I offend any readers, but I do believe in the power of prayer & manifesting. I was about to “settle” for less room & a color I didn’t really want until I saw my new 2024 Outlander in the background. It was not on the website yet and was exactly what I had prayed to find. My concern was size however after my test drive, I knew & the best part, it was only $1K more. I was still given the same discounts as I was going to receive with the Eclipse Cross. To wrap up, this truly was the BEST buying experience I have ever had from inquiry, working w/Harvey to the final contract paperwork w/Gregg Decman. Honest, professional & attentive why would you go anywhere else…I know I won’t. Thank-you to the Anderson Team!!!”

“I got my car diagnosed for an issue I was having. They were the least expensive for diagnosing my car and they were quick. I didn't get my car fixed with them because the repair price was out of my budget but they were so nice and helpful. They even said that they didn't care where I got my repaired, just to do the work because it was important. The first repair place I've been to where they were super nice, helpful, and courteous.”
