“My car had a slow tire leak so I stopped by to have it looked at. They were able to fix it right up! Took less than 30 minutes which was wonderful since I had children with me. When I had a second nail in my tire, it had to be replaced. The manager and assistant manager were able to provide us with very reasonable priced tire options. They were able to help explain the different types of options and provide feedback for each. They did not force any option upon us but helped us make an informed decision for our type of car needs. They were very timely when returning my calls. Their tire warranty is also wonderful and we have been able to use it! The staff are all very friendly and interacted with us as if we were family members: welcoming and caring. They even brought a coloring book out for my daughter to play with while we waited. When we returned for a tire rotation (included with tire warranty) they remembered our names and asked about our family. They treated us like people/family and not just another customer. We have found a wonderful business and I can not stress enough how appreciative I am for their help in keeping my car safe for my family and I. Pomp's Tire Service was recommended to us from Forest Hills Automotive.”

I fully trust him to not sale me something i dont need yet. Even a few times when a tire has failed they stand behind what they sell. My company Xtreme Xpress Transportation dont want to but tires anywhere else but here.”

They informed me it was a common issue and that it wasn't a big deal. Made me wonder why the previous shop was unaware of this.
