Roadside assistance was no help BUT one phone call to Lee and he put my mind at ease. He said he would take care of me and that was an understatement. He towed my vehicle to his shop, called me with all the updates, let me use their rental car, gave me prices of work that needed to be done before he did anything and had it all done in a timely manner. Lee and his team took my bad morning and made it less stressful. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone because I truly believe that they care!!!”

“2017 Volkswagen Jetta. Cold air intake fell off driving to work one morning, called two shops and they wouldn’t even look at it. Called sipes and he said stop on by after work to take a look at it. After looking for a few minutes at parts and wait times we ended up going with a custom made setup and to be honest it looks fantastic. “blew a tire 2 hours away from home and needed an emergency tire. called every shop and they were the only ones who could get us in. didn’t have to wait at all, amazing customer service and super cool people! great price only paid $100 for the tire and having it mounted. was out within 20 minutes. had a small issue with tire sizing but they worked it out for us. even offered to have it mounted onto the car. would highly recommend even if you’re local”

“Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”
