“Love living here! It’s very pet friendly and in a safe area. The units are spacious with new appliances. The white cabinets are gorgeous. The garage is connected to the apartment building, so you don’t have to go outside to get into the apartment. Maintenance is very fast. Every time I had an issue they came within 24 hours. My cats love it here too.. The amenities are great - the fitness center is new and renovated. The only thing I wish they had was a printer and an ice machine. Oak park is a lovely area as well, and just a quick drive away from Chicago. The downtown area has lots of great restaurants like Kyuramen and a Target within walking distance. Costco is also only 10 minute drive.”

“Truly love this place. I feel I'm at a resort. The neighbors are friendly and the whole staff are awesome. Love the little events the staff plan for us. It's a great social gathering even though I'm quiet but I love seeing the interactions from everyone else. Stepping right outside are restaurants, Cinergy movie theatre and even the Metra is right there. It's really a great place to live.”

“I would like to recognize our great maintenance engineer, Robert, who has been so helpful to me the past years I’ve been living here. He is reliable, knowledgeable and compassionate. When you need anything fixed he is prompt and with a smile. I recently had hip surgery and he installed a hand held shower head to my master shower and has offered to bring my mail, when my family can’t come. Before my surgery Robert shampooed my carpet in theMaster bedroom per my request, and I came home to a clean carpet.The building is well maintained inside and out and I can’t imagine living elsewhere when people like Robert is in charge! The entire staff is great!”

“Spacious apartments, covered parking, great courtyard for hosting friends and family, great cinema room for movies with friends, and great access to the metra and downtown elmhurst. Friendly staff and helpful maintenance. Rent increase was fairly significant considering initial rent was already high and front desk does not really ever answer the phone but they are responsive in person and via email.”

“Safe neighborhood, police and fire departments a quarter mile away and a hospital a mile away. 2 bus stops right outside that go to the Blue and Green lines, plus the Blue line is a mile away to get downtown. 3 grocery stores within walking distance with every restaurant imaginable on Harlem plus a shopping mall about a mile away. The building has a nice fitness center and laundry room in the basement. Apartments facing the south get a view of the skyline and lots of sun in the winter, so I’d recommend that side if given the choice.”

“This is an amazing property. It’s seated on a very prime land in the north shore. I’ve been living here for a year and now in the process of renewing our lease. The rooms are clean, maintenance is quick and does excellent work. Clean and safe parking space and a car wash (with warm water) accessible to all residents. Friendly staff.. friendly residents, easy 2 minutes access to the main highway that’s a straight shot into Chicago downtown… Mariano’s grocery store is literally down a few doors away (4 minutes walking distance), never experienced any security issues, clean swimming pools to enjoy the summer, the list goes on and on… and then there is Meg, she is magnificent and always jumping with solutions.. I love this place”

Management has changed many times since I lived here, but the newest management team with Brody and Yesenia has been amazing, as they have been very friendly and helpful with addressing all of my concerns. “I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”

This is a different topic but I've seen a lot of people always give crappy reviews about the building problems, noises, etc. My opinion is if you know your building is older and needs a little TLC, don't be so quick to judge! A home is a home and should feel like one too yes but that also means you have to accept your building for what it is. Give it a little love! Be more positive people!”
