Eddie with maintenance has helped me out with several things since I’ve moved in and always did great and had a fantastic attitude about it. Definitely the best staff with an apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Eddie is really a standout guy! Since Melissa and Jessica have started working in management all my questions have been answered so fast. They also work really hard and making the experience living here special. “One of the best apartment management teams that I’ve ever had. Val, Cherakee, and the rest of the staff are super welcoming and helpful to answer any questions you may have when touring and moving in. They will guide you to the correct location regarding where everything (mailbox, moving cart, etc) is. The maintenance staff is also on top of their game. I filed a request for the stovetop burners to be examined, and they fixed it on the next day. The community has high quality gym and rooftop deck with close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Overall, Bush Temple is a great place to live.”

“A LANDLORD'S PERSPECTIVE: I have used Apartment Guys for the last twelve year to find tenants for my three bedroom rental unit. The current lease on the unit ended at the close of January. Between tenants, we always take time to deep clean the unit, perform preventative maintenance, and usually upgrade something. In mid February, I contacted Apartment Guys to list the unit. At my request, Sylvia, the leasing manager, walked the unit, made helpful suggestions and discussed a rental price and the current market conditions. She listed the unit the next day. Two of her rental agents, Tiffany and Craig, conducted set up showings of the unit to their clients. Each agent was excellent about fulfilling my request that I be texted before the unit was shown and each agent was excellent about closing and locking up the unit after each showing. Craig was the rental agent who found my future tenants. He was timely and knowledgeable throughout the entire leasing process. Craig effectively coordinated communications between myself, my future tenants and his office; was patient with my sometimes-delayed responses and; at my request, set up a meeting between my prospective tenants and myself. Craig efficiently handled every detail and request until the lease was finalized. While I do not think my rental unit will always be on and off the market so quickly, my experience with Apartment Guys staff over the years has been outstanding. The screening process Apartment Guys uses has resulted in a stream of reliable and well mannered tenants over the years. Very reasonable prices along with spectacular views compared to other high rises along the river. The establishment is very clean and smells like flowers throughout. The staff is also great! One person in particular who helped a ton was Janneil Adams. She quickly and effectively answered my lease renewal questions. She also helped us transition units, and it was so simple and easy to do. Would recommend for people to check this place out!”

“This is a building is fantastic to live in. The parking is climate controlled and wide easy lanes to navigate. Front desk personnel are so friendly and engaging and make it a homey experience. From my experience the units have a modern, clean, and naturalistic vibe with nice kitchen touches and amazing spa bathtub.Also, the amenities are great! Like a club room available for parties and gatherings, and a guest suite that can be booked for additional guests. I just recently booked it out for my friend visiting from out of state for the Thanksgiving Holiday and she wouldn't stop raving about how cute it was decorated and well stocked for her to be able to actually live in the unit instead of a stuffy hotel. It came loaded up with directTV and a smartTV for streaming.Lastly, the neighborhood is the best. Super cute restaurants, pure barre, ice cream shops, retail and more.”

“Living at this residential building managed by Brookfield has been a journey of highs and lows, but it concludes on a notably positive note, thanks to exceptional staff members like Christina and Claudia.Initially, the transition from a family-owned management to Brookfield raised concerns due to a change in the building's warmth and responsiveness. Despite encountering several issues and experiencing a colder corporate approach of the younger male staff, the personal touch and efficiency provided by Christina and Claudia during my move-out process were remarkable. They navigated through challenges with professionalism, agility, and a constant smile, embodying the essence of what makes a management team stand out. Their ability to cut through issues 'like butter' and maintain respect and dignity towards residents has not only resolved my concerns but also left me with a positive final impression, meriting a five-star review.This experience underlines the importance of well-trained staff who are adept at thinking on their feet and handling situations with grace. Brookfield's management, should take this as a data point. In short, through the efforts of Christina and Claudia, we see that even in a large corporation, a personal and efficient approach makes all the difference to residents. “I have lived at 2555 N. Clark Street for many years. This building is a wonderful place to live in the city of Chicago. Logan is a fabulous property manager and the door staff and maintenance staff are all TOP notch. A big shout out to them all! If there is an issue with anything in the apartments, the issue is addressed ASAP. The 24 hour door staff keep you secure. Views east and west are terrific. The rooftop is SO great especially in the summer months and during the Air& Water show, laundry room is clean, workout facilities never too crowded. The building is centrally located to downtown, many great restaurants, coffee shops, Trader Joe’s, The Big Apple (grocery), Walgreens, CVS, French bakeries, Target, buses, cabs…what more could you want? I am sad to be moving to New York, as there is no “2555” there, but I have loved living here and appreciate how EASY the building made it for me to live in the city, and enjoy every minute!”

“I've lived here for almost 3 years and love my 1 brm apartment and the location. Dog-friendly, great amenities in the apartment, and convenient to almost everything. On top of that, anytime I have any maintenance issues, they are very prompt to take care of them. I do wish they had a community center so that we could have holiday gatherings during the winter months! But the rooftop is great when weather permits.Overall, recommended!”

“Love the place!!! What’s not to love. I have lived here for quite some time and my experiences have always been positive. The staff in the office have provided support when needed and are very responsive to requests. The maintenance/ engineering crew are exceptional. They do an excellent job keeping things running smoothly and quickly respond when needed while paying attention to details. No shabby repairs done here. Front desk crew are receptive and helpful in maintaining safety, security and deliveries. The place fells like home ( not a dorm) great neighbors and pleasant surroundings. This community has inclusive events and gatherings to list one of the perks. Great location, pretty quiet , yet close to the action and entertainment. Been a long time resident for many years and looking forward to a continued resident relationship.”

“This is currently being renovated for apartments. Super nice places — like the 2 bedroom penthouse, which is around $11,000 a month but it’s only about 1200 ft.². For another $2000 a month you can get something for 400 more square feet and a loft added as well. This place is a great location because it’s right across from Mon Ami Gabi and the Lincoln Park zoo. The downstairs restaurant has fabulous food and drinks. If I lived here, I would be going there for dinner every night. The interior is absolutely beautiful as you can see from my pictures. The receptionist and staff are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and dress professional. You can literally rent a Tesla if you have an apartment here. The street is really quiet and no noise from the cars outside on the street.This is great place to consider especially for a family as there is a park across the way. Very close in proximity to the lake and down the street from some incredible restaurants and entertainment.It’s a great location for the fall and summer to walk down the street when the leaves change color. But honestly, there are probably high-end apartments nearby that would be a lot cheaper.Public transportation is easy around here as well and it’s a very walkable area. The farmers market just down the street is one of the best in the city.If money doesn’t matter to you, I would highly recommend this apartment building. You really can’t go wrong and the service is top notch.”

“Milieu is a beautiful building with a welcoming environment! The staff is extremely polite. Roof-deck has a great view, and the amenities are top notch! Additionally to this, the location is great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy apartment in the West Loop!”

“Twin towers with a principled form along the Chicago River. As it is in a prime location, the cars parked in the parking lot are also rich. It stands out among the Chicago skyline, with its horizontal and vertical, stone and glass squares and classic towers. There is also a natural connection to the riverfront at your feet, giving you a sense of the richness of living near the water.”

“We’ve been at Amli Lofts for 2 1/2 years now and we love living here! We’ve met a lot of nice people and some who are now good friends! The front desk staff, maintenance and management team continue to be happy, friendly, courteous and professional. “I have lived in South Loop for 8 years and moved to Eleven40 in July for it's exceptional amenities, the pet friendly community, and of course, the LOCATION. Darko in the management office helped me get acclimated to the building seamlessly and is very responsive to all of my inquiries in a timely manner. LaTonya and Veda at the front desk have been a major value add to the building, for they always greet me with a smile, and they are always willing to help without question.Eleven40 is one of the newer luxury rental buildings in South Loop and I am extremely happy to now be a part of the community. The common areas are very clean and always smell as if someone was just mopping or wiping something down. This makes sense because I rarely walk in and out of the building without seeing the staff cleaning something.At the time of this post, I haven't had many maintenance needs, but for the couple of times I've put an order for help with small move-in requests, someone was at my door and ready to help within a few hours. I think the reason that the building runs so well is because I rarely see the management office empty. Either Darko, Rasheed, or Michelle are on site constantly, and even on the weekends!I gave Eleven40 5 stars because I do not have one single complaint or recommendation for improvement to the building and/or staff.”

“The Draper has a variety of floor plans and lots of amenities, all within walking distance of the best Uptown and Andersonville have to offer. There were several items needing attention upon move-in: bulbs out, smoke alarms chirping, leaky shower and sink (would have been great to move in with nothing to address), BUT the staff was super responsive and sent help right away. Shout out to Robyn for making my tour and leasing application process as smooth as possible, and to Bledar and Edmond for taking care of the maintenance issues promptly as they were reported. Looking forward to settling in to my new home!”
