Since I came to the United States for the first time, there were a lot of things I did not understand, and I asked Eric a lot of trivial questions, which made me a little tired of myself. But Eric was very patient with all of my questions and would reply almost the same day. Even though I haven't moved in yet, I can already feel the warmth of the amli team, which makes me highly recommend this apartment”

“The Avidor is an amazing to live! I moved here in October 2023 and have had a great time. The events are engaging and inclusive, and the staff and residents are welcoming. It a wonderful place for adults 55 and older to call home!”

“Overall living experience was great with new and modern amenities. The only thing is that getting a response from the leasing office was much slower and less effective than when I moved in. There seemed always to be miscommunication between the leasing team as I heard many frustrations and confusion from my neighbors. Email response was slow or none at all so I had to always ask in person.”

“My experience here is absolutely great! I am new to 1717 and I reached out to the office this morning regarding a spill in the common area and spoke to Cole and the job was done same day and in a professional and courteous manner! Cole goes above and beyond to help with any questions I have and I appreciate her leadership here as the building is always clean and she is professional and gets the job done. They also host great activities here for the tenants and had a phenomenal holiday dinner last week. The entire staff Ryan and Mike are great as well! The building maintenance staff is also good.Thank you all!”

“I wrote an adverse review previously, but Main Station has really stepped it up. Sally is really awesome as the property manager. She's a joy to work with and responds timely to all maintenance requests. They have responded to my previous concerns about security and it is no longer an issue. They did address the more troubling residents as they no longer reside in the building. I posted this freely and without any influence. Main station is a place you should definitely consider in the future.”

“I lived in this building for about a year and a half. During the first year I lived in the building, there was a different management company and leasing team in place. When TLC took over, there was undoubtedly some things that needed to be ironed out during the transition from the previous management company. However, Mike and his team have done an outstanding job of consistently communicating with residents (often through multiple e-mails per day) to provide quick updates and transparency into what they are working on. In fact, I often felt they were going above and beyond what you would expect from your typical leasing office! The team here is open to feedback and is making consistent improvements to provide residents with the best possible living experience. Maintenance is very quick and resolves any issues (big or small) without hesitation. I would hands down recommend The Scholar (previously Centrum) as a place to call home!”

“My son moved in 5months ago. So far so good! The floor had some paint stains we could not remove. The maintenance team is great! They took care of the washing machine immediately and ordered a part to repair it.”

“We just moved in, the wifi in the welcome lounge is really bad. Now I am sitting in the lobby using my own data to send this review. Also the Zen Lounge was locked together with the pool in a rainy day. Hope they will fix it.The security and Pat in the office was really nice.”

“Just moved in over the weekend. So far, everyone has been very kind, helpful and made my move-in seamless. Katya and Kailyn have been here this past weekend and this week and have answered all my questions :) Maintenance has already started working on any new move-in tickets for repair or remedy. My apartment has a million boxes right now and I get to mosey my way to the lobby and work in the lounge stress free with my hot chocolate :). My car is safely tucked away in the garage and I feel so supported so far and will update my review as time goes on. But, as a new move-in, probably the least stressful move to a new place, and 100% due to the staff's dedication to me as a resident. I have moved around a lot in the last 20 years and this was a great move! Thank you 415 Premier!!Just went from 4 to 5 stars. Maintenance came to check on my storm door on a Sunday when it would not shut for me. They came in record time and I left a voicemail thinking they might not get it till Monday or after July 4th. Wow! I am so thankful I live in a place I am so well taken care of.”
