I've contacted multiple times and also scheduled many times on the virtual tour online or by phone, however no one showed up to my virtual tour every time nor has anyone got back to me on that. really disappointing and I've lost interest in this apartment.

Advertise one price online (1550 with 3 months free) then I call and it's 325 more per month (1875 with only 1 month free) bait and switch. You should honor the pricing you list online! Someone has to manage these listings, right? Do you job right, or honor this pricing!
