“I just wanted to come on here and say the workers here are always so nice and just all around amazing customer service! i’ve placed two mobile orders for pickup online at this location and the website said the orders usually take 2+ hours to prepare and orders placed after 2pm might not be ready till the next day and both of them were placed after 4pm. They got it ready within 30 minutes both times! Some places would say f*ck that and wait until the next day or something. Thank you for not being that type of place lol. Keep up the good work!!”

The Manager Max is the best part of the Hot Topic experience because he managed both locations and he always is so helpful. A business is only as strong as it's customer service and Max is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the items. I love the t shirt's, crazy nerdy items and the prices. Great location and good mall with lots of great shops. Visit Max and have fun.”

“Just bought a suit K&G in Orland Park 12/16/2023 and I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever came across. Charles is amazing and extremely extremely intelligent. He helped me pick out a beautiful suit that matched my Fiancée’s dress. I showed him a picture of Hany fiancées dress and told him I need a nice suit to match it, he literally measured me and got me a full suit set up in 15 mins. Everyone at my engagement loved my suit!! I spent 4 hours at Macys and walked out with nothing. I can’t thank you guys enough especially Charles. Let him know I appreciate him and I will always recommend people to him. You the man Charles! This locations of Guess has so many good selections and the store was pretty neat. The Staff here is amazing, they kept approaching us and asked us if we need any help and they answered our questions, went above and beyond. I will surely come back to this location more from now on.”

“I just have to give credit where it is due! Keisha went over and beyond the call of duty to make my day great. I’ve been sick in bed for a week , sent my daughter for a pair of boots but when she got home i saw they were damaged. This was the last pair in my size. The next morning i called and got keisha, who call every store to find me that boot. She was so patient and helpful. She found the boot and had them to hold it . What a wonderful,kind, thoughtful, caring thing she did for me. Thank you”

“So I need to apologize for my mistake. I left my glasses at the Orland Park store and when I looked up the number online I got the Oak Lawn store number. When I called they said they didn't have my glasses and in turn I wrote a review. Someone replied to my review saying they had my glasses. I then called the store who said they didn't have them. I was very frustrated because I couldn't understand what was going on. When I realized the mistake I called the Orland Store who had my glasses and were really nice about holding them. The girl from Oak Lawn also called me back to let me know she called her District Manager and told me I was calling the wrong store. She went above and beyond calling the District Manager and finding my glasses for me. We need more employees like this! Thank you and forgive me for not remembering your name. My memory obviously is going bad.”

When I mistakenly walked into the Aerie side to pick up my online order, I received no welcome in from the young lady but when the Caucasian ladies entered the store they received a nice welcome. Please train better customer service on that side and hire non racist young ladies.Thank God I received excellent customer service from the African American young lady on the American Eagle side. A very warm welcome.”

“Over a week or so ago, I was in this store and witnessed the staff dealing with a horrible customer. Although I came into the line and did not hear the whole conversation, what I did hear was appalling. From what I can remember, there were issues with the customers refund, so the first associate was trying to accommodate the customer, she even went as far as calling someone else to help resolve the issue. I take it the phone call was not helpful, because the customer became very irritated and started insulting and yelling at the associate, and even the manager who later stepped in to try and help out. When the customer continued to talk over the manager, the manager then began to get irritated and told the customer there was nothing they could do, and asked her to leave. I’m guessing the other associate gave the customer a customer service number or corporate number, and even tried APOLOGIZING to the customer for the inconvenience. When I was finished being checked out, as this customer was also leaving, she vandalized the store on her way out, almost hitting my family and I with the product that she knocked off the table at the front of the store. The product nearly got knocked into the mall hallway.The staff dealt with it the best they could and definitely did not deserve to deal with this person over what appeared to be a pair of pants.”
