I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. The photos came out so perfect. I cannot wait to pass these out and will probably book again just for her for the holidays.”

“Love shopping at Marshall’s especially during the holidays. The only reason I am giving this store 4 stars is because an employee was very rude. I went to go check out and this older lady told me “I didn’t tell you to come up or did I.” When the light in the register was on. I couldn’t see her name tag but her attitude needs to change. On the other hand Rahim helped me check out and was very kind. The other lady needs to be more like her.”

“I had the best experience with Tasyaona B. I first called the store looking for help. While I was waiting to get through to a store associate, I hoped I would have someone kind and helpful. I feel Customer Service in general is just not as kind and friendly as it should be.Tasyaona was exactly what I was hoping to find. She was so helpful and encouraged me to ask her anything I was confused about. I was going to enter the store shortly after the call and she even directed me where to find her if I still needed more help. “This store is conveniently located in Orland Park, IL. It looks like a high end boutique with Petite, Regular and Plus sizes. I have always found something I liked there. The service is phenomenal and friendly. The dressing rooms are immaculate, and the clothing is placed neatly on racks or on tables. I only wish they had shoes there. A while ago, I bought leather boots from Talbots and they lasted me 8 years. Of course, I had to put new taps on from time to time. But now, I need another pair of boots. It would be more convenient to try on in a store instead of by mail. Nonetheless, I love Talbots for its elegance and fashionable flair. The clothes are timeless; perfect for work, a nice evening out, or day out with friends.”
