“Incredible customer service! Opted for email Christmas gift card for my wife. Sales person said she would drop off a nicer gift card tonight than the email version. She said the nicer gift certificate wouldn't arrive by mail for Christmas! It reminds me when I was young and door to door sales were popular. My father had ordered some combs and hair brushes for my mom for Christmas. The salesman delivered them on Christmas Eve because he knew they were Christmas presents. He was in his 60's and his wife had died that morning. Granted the gift certificate drop off is not as dramatic. But the thoughtfulness, customer care, and going the extra mile is the same. I could not find a store in the entire town of Geneva that had not only affordable prices but also employees that were willing to help me with my shopping/provide insight. Never being in the store before I was uncertain of what to be looking for. Upon entry I was immediately met with a smile and warm atmosphere. The staff was more than willing to help me with my shopping and I was able to find a bag that fit my budget. I could not recommend "Always in Style" more. A true renaissance in consignment shopping.”

When making my decision on a pair, I asked about returning and was told 45 days. I decided to make a purchase and was given instructions regarding breaking them in.After a few days I decided to return the sneakers because of the lack of padding on the soles. Return was a very easy process.”

“Stopped in just to browse. Found a dress that I liked and tried it on. The owner or employee of the store asked me how I was doing and I told her the dress didn't look as expected. She brought me three other dresses that she thought I would like. I'm glad she did because I normally won't spend $100 and up on a dress for myself. I really liked one of her suggestions so I purchased it. I was happy there was a 20 percent off sale. The dress ended up being $140 but I think I'll get enough wears from it making it worth it. They were so helpful with their recommendations and letting me know their thoughts on which dress was the best for me to buy. I didn't feel pushed into buying either.Can't wait to come again in the future to see new arrivals!”

“I went into the Fox Valley Mall location today to buy my boys their first skateboards. Josh the store manager was a great help. I do not know much about skateboards, but Josh took time to show my boys the different types of boards that they offered and allowed them to try them out. He also fit my kids for protective gear. It was one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while and I would highly recommend going to Zumiez in the Fox Valley Mall for any skateboarding needs.”
