Exceptional staff. Friendly and really know what type of shoes fit our need. Highly recommend this store. You won't be unhappy here. The staff accommodated my son with special needs that has braces and needed a bigger size to fit the braces. I'm forever grateful for new balance.

Gideon was extremely helpful! He measured my feet twice, brought out 4 pairs to choose from and didn't push by price, only by fit. Top priority was making sure I wore my favorite shoes out of the store, whether cheap or expensive.
