Worst place ever trying to fix one battery for 2 months and this guys take day off almost everyday day. Been here 3 times and they are closed in a working day with no notice nothing. Is sad that I have to spend so much money on the tools and this guys don’t even bother to open the store

Employees are great. However the ordering system is terrible. You would think they would have more in stock items being the only distributor in the Chicagoland area.

This place sucks went in today to ask some questions and they could'nt even answer the simplest. How do these morons work for the company they just stare at you like a zombie and mutter i dunno give me a break these people there are useless I;; buy Dewalt forget Milwaukee and their l**** employees at this location.
