7247 N Waukegan Rd, Niles“We have visited this Sybaris several times just for my spouse and I can enjoy the jacuzzi and steam room and relax as well as for a few of our wedding anniversaries. We have never been disappointed. It's always clean, inviting and relaxing. We love the shower/steam room combo we had this last time. That was amazing! We will continue to come here 1-2 times a year as we always have for the last 7 years!! Thanks Sybaris!!”

2930 S River Rd, Des Plaines“Stayed one night on AA voucher because my flight was canceled. The bed was comfortable and had feather pillows. Large, well appointed, fresh smelling, ample luxurious towels, toiletries. I would have liked to stay another night, but my rescheduled flight left early the following morning. (The shuttle never arrived to collect me from the airport, so I had to take a taxi. I waited outside, in the snow. I wasn’t happy about that.)”

4514 W Lake Ave, Glenview“The rooms were very nice ( everything seemed new)and the bedding was comfortable. The heat/AC worked well. Daily breakfast was very good and the workers there constantly watched to refill any empty serveware or carafes. I saw many hard working people. I was especially glad to see they made gluten free bread available for breakfast and kept allergies in mind for their guests. Reasonable prices and good service! The only thing I missed was that you could not “cast” on the TV as it advertised, but we really didn’t watch enough TV for it to matter.”
“Beautiful hotel , really enjoy my stay, everything was excellent, service, food. Rooms. Excellent location close to Chicago Airport, walking distance to convention center”

6100 N River Rd, Rosemont“The Westin O'Hare offers a competent parking and shuttle service that caters well to both business and leisure travelers. The parking lot is spacious and secure, providing guests with peace of mind about the safety of their vehicles. The shuttle service is a standout feature; it runs promptly 24/7, with shuttles departing every 15-20 minutes, ensuring guests can easily make their way to and from the airport with minimal wait. This reliability and convenience make the Westin O'Hare a strong contender for those seeking a stress-free transit to the nearby airport.”
“Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”
“We've stayed here many times since our son started college in town. This visit in February was the best stay ever. This was all because of the amazing hospitality provided by the staff. They were outstanding. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Jessica at the front was outstanding. Great job Hyatt Evanston in hiring a new team of staff. Also a thank you to Aspen and Harvey for your excellent care.”

410 W Lake St, Elmhurst“When we first got here we were put into an accessibility room because of the sheer amount of guests that night, which we didn’t need. The room had several problems which we brought to the hotel’s attention and Eric got the issue fixed very quickly so I’m really thankful for that. He even refunded our first night’s stay which I appreciated. The room we moved into had a stain here and there, but it was a huge improvement over the accessibility room.Heather in the kitchen was awesome.Rooms: The rooms are extremely quiet, except for the accessibility ones. The accessibility ones, at least the one I initially stayed in, had a weird door connecting into other accessibility rooms which disrupted the soundproofing and created issues with being able to easily hear neighbors.Aside from being the one of the most quiet rooms I’ve had at a hotel so far, the rooms were spacious with nice TVs. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge.Nearby activities: Uptown elmhurst has loads of stuff to do. However, if you’re like me, you’re staying in elmhurst because of the safe, quick and easy access to the train station to get to chicago. Let’s be honest, nobody sane wants to risk driving their car into the war zone that is downtown chicago traffic.Safety: It’s elmhurst. I’ve never had a problem with safety in elmhurst. It’s a rich suburb of chicago, so while you should like always be cautious, safety isn’t much of a concern here.Walkability: I wouldn’t entirely say this hotel has good walkability to nearby activities. It’s about 50 minutes to uptown elmhurst. For some people that may not be a problem but everybody has different definitions of walkability.Food & drinks: This hotel hands down had the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. Heather is the main cook of the hotel and does an amazing job. The breakfast options available on weekdays are unique and creative due to the lower guest volume, hence more time to cook.Noteworthy details: The pool isn’t very deep, but it is wide, giving plenty of room for multiple groups at once. It was also overall clean.”
“The North Hotel is a great place to live! It’s cozy, updated interior, and they fix any problems promptly for you. Management is on their job and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone considering it.”

“Ah, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Niles, where consistency reigns supreme like a well-rehearsed magic trick! ?✨ I've waltzed through this establishment's doors time and time again, and it never fails to impress. This place has cracked the code of top-notch hospitality, and I'm here to spill the beans. The front desk crew? Friendliness levels off the charts! It's like they've been sipping cups of sunshine before every shift. ?☀️ Their attention to detail is so sharp; I once dropped a pin in the lobby, and they found it before I could even finish saying "Oops!"Cleanliness, oh sweet cleanliness! This place could give a cat's obsession with cleanliness a run for its money. ?? The entire establishment gleams with the kind of cleanliness that makes you wonder if they've secretly employed a squad of cleanliness ninjas. Seriously, not a speck of dust in sight. But wait, there's more! The rooms, cozy and inviting, provide a retreat that rivals a bear's den in hibernation season. The beds? Like sleeping on a cloud made of marshmallows. ☁️?️And the breakfast! Don't get me started on the breakfast; it's like they've summoned a culinary wizard to whip up a morning feast fit for royalty. ??In summary, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Niles is the gold standard of consistency. So, if you're seeking a place where you can expect nothing less than perfection, pack your bags, and head on over. It's a five-star experience that leaves you wondering if they've secretly mastered the art of perfection. Bravo! ???”
