“This is a rave review for Masters and their employees. Before we engaged Masters to update our bathrooms, we had lived through two bathroom renovations and two kitchen renovations in other houses, and we knew that updates involve noise, mess, stress, and surprises. With Masters, thanks to Jennifer, Sandra, Sasha, and Zeljko, there was no noise, mess, or stress. Jennifer guided the design and had a great eye for color, while Sandra kept us in the loop on admin stuff, and Sasha came by to check on things. All of that is great, but it’s the day-in-day-out stuff that really drives you around the bend with updates, and that’s where Zeljko worked his magic. Every morning, he’d appear, lay cloths to protect the floor, and disappear into the bathroom. Occasionally we’d hear some noise, but not often. He made polite suggestions along the way that made the end result more functional and attractive. Of course, nothing can guarantee there won’t be surprises, because old houses are full of them, but the folks at Masters handled them quickly, quietly, and professionally. They are the zen masters of renovation.”

“Really nice people and good work! My family had to call them Friday night due to our plumbing being invaded by tree branches (after almost 30 years in that house the issue now becomes a problem ?). Mike came out the next day to see our home at no cost. By Thursday of the next week our old terra cotta pipes were located and replaced with pvc. “Immensely impressive operation. I am doubly indebted to TD. First, for the installation of a fine floor. But also for rescuing me. From the prior contractor, the nation's mega floor installer, whose material (about 20k worth) had filled my living room before events began to reveal their jarring incompetence, indifference, ignorance. Unable to continue with the lumbering giant (do not own a single truck, can not leave manager a phone message because he has no voice mail), research led me to call TD. Next day Mathew stopped in and the turnaround began. Sent back all the first contractor's material, switched the radiant heating maker and moved from LuxV to Tile. Throughout the time leading up to and through the installation, by text, phone, or e/m TD kept me updated. Matthew texted a photo of a new tile he saw at the tile convention. Liked it, picked up a sample, chose it and now everyday I get to walk on that awesome surface. Once worked started, Arvydas, the owner, often stopped in to check on progress, on discovering the factory had incorrectly shaped the radiant heating grid for the kitchen, called Warmly Yours, whose expert ("I have been doing this for 29 years!") appeared in less than an hour, for two hours on his knees reshaped the grid and tested it to assure everything worked. Nicholas, the installer, worked relentlessly on the mortar, wires, tiles, grout, fusing all into a stunning sight. Slavek, who showed up every other day to deliver and remove material, working tirelessly, proved one of the most charming people I have ever met. In short, exceptional company and people. Can not go wrong entrusting them with your flooring.”
