Helpful employees. We shopped for flooring here several different times.This time for our kitchen. We needed to order it, which came in within a few days, and they helped load it up in our car.

We came here to pick out new tiles for our bathroom and Diane (the designer) was incredibly helpful. She guided us from start to finish and was very thorough with her explanations! Highly recommend.

The lower rating reflects not the products in the store but the attitude of the employees at the checkouts, I shop often at F&D stores but the Arlington Heights store is way different than the others, cashiers there have no customer skills or desire to develop any
