“My phone went down on me around 7pm and I despartely needed one to meet my boyfriend the next day. Got there 40 min. before they closed. The gentleman there was all alone and had customers before me. He tols me I was eligable dor a free upgrade. Then another customer came in but he got my new phone up and running and I love this new phone! He handled all his customers and was working after closing. Remarkable person.”
