Alex is a person who will change all of that INSTANTLY. Being greeted by him in store felt like a relief. He not only offered to take a look at my (rusted on) plates before I even asked, but ran in and out of the store looking for other methods when the first didn’t do the trick. Meanwhile, he talked so highly of local small-owned business nearby that would help me if he couldn’t. Spoiler alert: he did!
