“I haven’t seen Kurt in over ten years when I had my VW Passat, and I’m so glad to see he’s still in business. I miss him terribly. If I ever buy another German car, he is my mechanic of choice. I loved working with Kurt because he’s communicative and honest. As a single woman at the time, I trusted him completely and he always dignified me. I have the utmost respect for the man and his work ethic/experience.Services: Steering & suspension repair”

“We have had 5 cars serviced over the years here - they have always exceeded our expectations. They are willing to work with you on finding alternative parts and does not try to oversell you on what you need. Honest and solid work. It’s a small shop so sometimes reaching the staff can be tricky but don’t let that stop you”

“I know nothing about cars. I left the side door open on my 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan and ran the battery down. Easy fix for most people, but we just moved here and don't know any handy neighbors, so was left to figure it out myself. Went to the closest chain auto parts store near me and was offered a charger that had a motorcycle on the box. Associate was not sure it would work on a car, so I left and thankfully the SECOND closest auto parts store is O'Reilly and Mike helped me pick out just the right charger and took his time explaining how to use it. Great customer service!”

“Carstar/Danrich is the only auto body shop I would trust to do my repairs. I've been going to them for the past 30+ years. Dan, Rich, and the entire staff are customer focused, reliable, and provide exceptional work. If you're in need of repairs don't hesitate to contact them first.”

“They repaired the big dent on my rear passenger side door which is no easy thing to do considering the door needed to be replaced and new components with the artesian paint job. The job took a bit longer which is totally understandable. When it was done, I was traveling on business and they were accommodating by allowing a family member to pay and pick it up. I highly recommend Bump and Grind!”

“This evening, around 6:30pm, my original 3 year old car battery died. I got a jump and drove my car to Advance Auto Parts in Homer Glen, IL, where I have purchased items over the years. Although my special battery was out of stock, the gentleman at the counter couldn't have been more helpful! He did the research to pin-point the exact type of battery I needed. Now this may not have seemed complicated, and it probably wasn't, but he saved the day for me and I was able to obtain a battery this evening. I want this gentleman to know I so appreciated him putting the customer first. Incredible. Thank you very much!”
