“I went to the Orlando infiniti dealership on 12/29/23 . I went to look for my DREAM SUV. I wanted a Q80 OR Q60 PER-OWN. I could have gone anywhere and looked for my dream SUV. But do to so many dealership don't have a lot of them, so I said I know I will find a great SUV infiniti at Orlando dealership due to this being their dealership for these SUV. I WALK IN THE DEALERSHIP DOOR WITH ALL OF MY PRIDE OF KNOWING I CAME TO THE RIGHT DEALERSHIP FOR MY DREAM SUVI trust this message reaches you well. I am compelled to communicate my disappointment regarding my recent experience at the Infiniti dealership in Orlando Park, IL. My intention was to acquire my dream SUV, either the Q80 or a pre-owned Q60, based on a colleague's commendation of the dealership's excellent selection and customer service. Regrettably, my personal encounter fell far short of expectations due to the unsatisfactory customer service I encountered. I felt disheartened and disrespected, as if my concerns and needs were being disregarded, leaving me humiliated and profoundly disappointed.The disappointing experience began the moment I entered the dealership. Four gentlemen were seated to the right of the door, with three positioned behind the desk and one on the side. Throughout my traverse of the showroom, not a single greeting or acknowledgment was extended. After spending fifteen minutes in the showroom, I engaged with the salesperson, Joseph, who proved attentive. He inquired about how he could assist me, to which I shared my experience of being unattended entering. Joseph responded that he was currently assisting another customer but offered to help me shortly. When I asked if a manager was available to address my concerns, he mentioned that they were at the recently opened Nissan dealership. I realized that I had to pass the Nissan dealership to get back home. So i stop in and ask for Tony Paramo the GSM who did speak with Me about the matter.Did offer to call me o. 12 30 2023. He did listen to me about how i was mistreated, over look as a customer and was apologizeThis put aa hurting in my heart about this dealership. Oh, i feel like i can't trust them to work with me to get my dream SUV. AFTER driving a whole 31 min and 32 miles to the dealership and another 31min and 32 miles to be treated SO bad,and back home.To not have .y dream SUV OR GOOD INFORMATION ABOUT GETTING ITrude,disrespectful only because I was a black woman that was not seen as a customer at this Orlando dealership located at8751 W 159th St, Orland Park, IL 60462 This incident marked a deeply unsettling and unprecedented sense of disrespect and humiliation for me, especially considering I am 64 years old. It is disheartening to think that my race and gender as a Black Woman may have been factors contributing to this treatment. The weight of this humiliation is challenging to overcome.I sincerely hope that someone will follow up with me to address my concerns.”

“I pulled into the service center because my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee was running extremely hot, which had never happened before. I didn't have much time because I was on my way to a work event to set up before everyone showed up. I asked Patrick Bergeron if he could help me figure out the problem and give me a temporary fix that would get me to my destination and back to the service center. He suggested putting in whatever that liquid is to keep my engine cool. While I was at the counter purchasing it, he went out to my truck, looked underneath and then popped the hood and saw that I was leaking fluid. He was able to confirm they could get the part today, put me in a loaner, had his staff transfer all of my stuff to the loaner and got me out the door in under 30 min. The best part is, he told me that it was under warranty!!!!! I was amazed at the level of service. Patrick is a rock star!!!”
