“Customer service is excellent, the optical department is excellent and convenient. Lisa that works in optical goes above and beyond to make sure any discounts that are allowed are applied.One of the main reasons I shop this location is because the employees are so friendly and helpful. Lil is an excellent manager and is a very hard worker. I see her helping with carts, pickup orders and pull up orders. She deserves a raise. Just FYI.One complaint is that they don't carry as much merchandise as other Target's so sometimes it's hit or miss on finding what you are in need of. Example. I need a black purse a few months back and there were only about 3 styles to choose from. Kohl's next door had even less of a selection. ?”

“I am not much of a shopper, but waiting for my wife by the checkout and noticed the helpful and smiling cashiers and self-checkout associate who was really good at her job. Store appeared very clean and freshly painted.”

“I’ve never seen such a clean homegoods ever !!!! I was stunned . Ms. Ida and cheryl(I hope I got tht right ) were rockstars . Another lady didn’t get her name she had gorgeous banana curls , she was so in tune with her surroundings and such a joy and so very knowledgeable with her job . The whole crew smiled and the energy was a beautiful thing at this location. they are obviously under good , strong leadership and it shows . Be very proud u all. I most def will be making a trip back to visit this location . It made my whole trip so worth it . It’s good to see people actually like their jobs and care . “It’s actually refreshing to have someone help you that goes out of their way. I was really having a bad day until I had my interaction with Kelly. She took extra time to help me out without the typical eye roll or bad attitude. This girl knows customer service. She helped me find what I needed and also made me laugh and brighten my day. I’m a manager and wouldn’t hesitate hiring her on. Good call hiring this good egg Kohl’s! Turned my whole day around!!!”
