My left front signal burnt out and I bought the bulb for it but despite watching some Youtube videos, I didn't feel comfortable trying to install it myself and asked my co-workers who they go to and I was referred here. They were very nice on the phone when I called to ask to make an appt and they were very accurate in their time frame estimate for completion (not a huge concern of mine but it was nice that it didn't take a long time to do). When picking up, I did expect to pay a bit more for the labor and it only ended up costing me $16 instead of the min estimate I had in mind of at least $50.00. I appreciate the work that was done, the courteousness I was shown and the honest pricing for the work done. I will definitely come back should any other issues with my car occur.”

Last week my E350 was leaking brake fluid. At first he told me it would probably go into next week but when I reminded him that I really needed the car for vacation starting the weekend, he stayed until 9 PM Thursday night to get the job done.Started going there when I lived in Dundee. Well 10 minutes later he was here and towed my car to the repair shop which was a pretty good distance away. He was friendly and very helpful. When I Brought my car to this shop in less then half hour they had my car ready and it indeed was my tire. “Went to rescue my wife on the side of the highway when she got a flat. I ran into problems changing the tire and called a tow service that was very near our location but, they struggled to find me on their map.I reached out to my mechanic, who recommends Rogners's. The tow driver, Dennis, called me to confirm my location when he was en route and got to us quickly. He was so extremely professional, friendly and took his job very seriously.Bring the genius I am, I ended up draining my battery while we my lights were shining on my wife's van. Dennis used his power pack to jump my car. And, about a half hour after I got home he called (and left a voicemail) with a final bit of advice about my own car battery.When I picked up the van from my mechanic and saw the bill for the tow I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. I expected it to be at least $100 more.The fair cost, Dennis's professionalism and his effort to reach out to me afterwards demonstrate that quality customer service is alive at Rogners's.”

“John and his guys are great. I was towed to the shop, late on a Sunday evening, due to a wheel bearing that failed while I was on the highway. They confirmed the bad hub / bearing assembly and inspected the other bearing and the rear calipers/rotors. John and I talked about the repair and we talked about the complete repair and what is really the best way to repair the truck as the other bearing is the same age and they both should be replaced. He offered the option of just doing the repair to the bad bearing to make the truck safe and get me back on the road and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't needed. He's honest, trustworthy and has integrity in his work. I have been an auto parts manager at new car dealerships for over 25 years and I have met some not so trusty worthy repair shops in that time.
