My left front signal burnt out and I bought the bulb for it but despite watching some Youtube videos, I didn't feel comfortable trying to install it myself and asked my co-workers who they go to and I was referred here. They were very nice on the phone when I called to ask to make an appt and they were very accurate in their time frame estimate for completion (not a huge concern of mine but it was nice that it didn't take a long time to do). When picking up, I did expect to pay a bit more for the labor and it only ended up costing me $16 instead of the min estimate I had in mind of at least $50.00. I appreciate the work that was done, the courteousness I was shown and the honest pricing for the work done. I will definitely come back should any other issues with my car occur.”

A couple years ago they replaced my cracked drive shaft and worked directly with my insurance adjuster so all I had to do was drop my car off, pay the bill, and wait for Progressive to reimburse me for everything minus the deductible. I’ve been a fan of John’s ever since!”

“These guys are so great! The wait time is long, but that’s expected especially without an appointment. Even with an appointment I waited a while, but the level of respect and support from this team was amazing. I don’t know the managers name it could have been Adam? He took care of me. I had to come back due to them not being able to get my lug nut off which it was most likely frozen. I came back the next day after leaving a different shop and he made sure to get my car right in and right out in an expected time. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. Making an appointment does make a difference so make sure to do that online!”

“Had a really pleasant experience with Zach when I took my Tesla Model Y for a flat repair. Zach very professional explained to me the repair policy as the nail was close to the edge, yet he promised to make his best effort to save the tire. I was impressed by his commitment as he was genuinely willing to help vs just suggesting to buy a new tire (as few other tire places told me). They repaired the tire and saved me a big hastle as there was still lot of threads left and I didn't had to buy another tire on the same axel to avoid any alignment issues. I will highly recommend them for tire and oil change services.”
