“I had my tires done through fire stone back in December. I have now owned my Ford fusion for 5+ years and they were honestly the first people to steer me away from the lug nuts that Ford dealers put on your car, the lug nuts that Ford puts on your car get waterlogged over time and over the past five years I have probably spent close to $1000 Alone in bad Lugnuts . This just shows how much they don’t want to just keep taking money out of your pocket. They want to build relationships and build customers for life. Andrew at the front desk is such a nice guy, he is willing to communicate and talk to his customers which just shows how they are willing to build relationships within the community. I honestly think this is a great fire stone and they have a great staff working there and without Andrew in the team who knows where they would be.”
