I will Never Go Anywhere Else, in my Opinion, He Is The Best. I drove a semi over the road the last 26yrs, never hit a deer, I move up here from Wheeling and smack into 3 of them cuz there in a hurry for sex, who knew? I never know when it's mating season till I hit one, then they have the nerve to give me the Stink Eye as they run away, meanwhile my car looks like someone beat the snot out of it. I never seem to really hurt them. It feels like hitting A tree, and it Sucks!!!”

“I was 10 mins out on my 1 hour commute to work on a Friday evening, and my car starting bumping, and my check engine light came on. OMG I had a 3 night work weekend at the hospital ahead of me and this comes up now! What am I going to do??? It was 5:03 pm. On the chance that Ken might still be there at LG Auto, I called, and he answered. I explained my dilemma, and he went above the call of duty and helped me out. He waited 10 mins for me to slowly bump my way to the shop. He gave me a loaner car (free) to use until my car got evaluated and fixed on Monday. My repair bill was $316 and I was on my way, problem free. LG auto is absolutely the best place I've ever taken my car. The service is personalized and exceptional.”

“Very good work and priced very honestly. My left front signal burnt out and I bought the bulb for it but despite watching some Youtube videos, I didn't feel comfortable trying to install it myself and asked my co-workers who they go to and I was referred here. They were very nice on the phone when I called to ask to make an appt and they were very accurate in their time frame estimate for completion (not a huge concern of mine but it was nice that it didn't take a long time to do). When picking up, I did expect to pay a bit more for the labor and it only ended up costing me $16 instead of the min estimate I had in mind of at least $50.00. I appreciate the work that was done, the courteousness I was shown and the honest pricing for the work done. I will definitely come back should any other issues with my car occur.”

Tow driver Dan said let me try to start the car before I tow to see if it IS the battery. Well sure enough it didn't start but he gave it a jump and saved us a tow!! “John and his guys are great. I was towed to the shop, late on a Sunday evening, due to a wheel bearing that failed while I was on the highway. They confirmed the bad hub / bearing assembly and inspected the other bearing and the rear calipers/rotors. John and I talked about the repair and we talked about the complete repair and what is really the best way to repair the truck as the other bearing is the same age and they both should be replaced. He offered the option of just doing the repair to the bad bearing to make the truck safe and get me back on the road and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't needed. He's honest, trustworthy and has integrity in his work. I have been an auto parts manager at new car dealerships for over 25 years and I have met some not so trusty worthy repair shops in that time.
