“We've been an Evergent client for at least fifteen satisfied years. In this computer/robotic-oriented world, Evergent's personal customer service is a breath of fresh air. You can actually speak to humans are knowledgable and personable. When you need help with anything, they are there for you. Technician Chris, from the Huntley office, recently came out to figure out why our speeds had slowed. He spent quality time going through everything and explaining to us what needed to be done. He was very professional, concise, caring, and humorously sociable. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Evergent and Chris.”

“Came to the store bc my 12 stopped working when i did the ios17 update. I had to upgrade to a 15. Ok no problem. It became a huge headache, not on the associated part but with apple and how they transfer stuff. I spent 4 hours in the store trying to transfer i formation from one phone to the other. By the time we left i still didn’t have e a fully working phone. They held onto my 12 and i had to go back the next day. Tony was the associate helping us and he went above and beyond. He tried everything, called everyone he could to get this thing to work. I went back the next day and Tony was there again. My 16 finally finished syncying . And Tony spent 3 hours trying to recover my Facebook account, again calling and trying e writhing he could. I ended up leaving without my Facebook working but everything else was working. The ONLY reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is the mandatory making people buy the charging brick when they don’t want it. They literally won’t sell you a phone unless you pay the 22 bucks for a plug. So i wasn’t happy about that. I returned that today. They ended up letting me keep it though bc of the headaches i had to deal with. So 4 stars bc Tony was great and very helpful and tried his best.”

“Stopped in today to have my SIM card replaced and was helped by an associate named Matt (I think). He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. By far, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. He was able to resolve the issue with my SIM card promptly and also recommended adding on the 5G Home network to our plan due to our eligibility for a substantial discount, and I'm loving the performance of the service so far. Thanks, Matt!”

“Ryan C. went above and beyond in helping me with my IPhone. This past Friday, Feb 2nd, my phone "partially" froze ( calls were coming in, but my ability to answer was compromised) and while i was attempting to reset the Iphone it went into emergency mode and started texting all my contacts stating I needed assistance plus was auto dialing 911. No matter what I did I could not restart it. My phone was blowing up with calls that I couldn't answer. I panicked. I went directly to your t Mobile store in Crystal Lake hoping you could help. Ryan C was on duty. He showed me an emergency move to restart my phone that he emphasized should only be used sparingly. It worked!!! Ryan C ..Employee of the month!!! Plus he suggested a better screen protector to enhance the images on my phone !!!! I bought it.. huge improvement!!! Thanks Ryan C!!”

“I can only speak from dropping off equipment. Gilberto was extremely helpful. He even mentioned I need to keep my HDMI cable. He educated me that someone always needs one, so they are good to keep!As far as all the low reviews, while was waiting I saw people coming in already ANGRY and people waiting for certain technicians because they only spoke Spanish- but then the customer decided to leave the store (to do whatever?) leaving there teenager there, putting staff in an awkward position- like that customer is next but the mom/dad isn't psychically in the building to address the account needs. The staff all around was in a good mood, I am aware technology issues are not fun but maybe try coming in with patience and see how much further that gets you? I'd go back to this location!”

“I came into the store sorely needing a new phone. I had some reservations about coming in store since every other phone store I’ve ever visited had crew members who didn’t really know what they were talking about and were obviously trying to up sell. This said, my experience tonight at this location was so good that I doubt I will ever try another location. Our representative, David, was very knowledgeable about every phone we looked at and his demeanor quickly eased my anxiety about this large purchase. David took my concerns seriously and gave me real answers that gave me tangible direction on what phone is best for me. I’m looking forward to using my new phone, thank you David!”

“The family and I went in knowing we were going to upgrade three phones. Our rep was Nate and he was wonderful. I did my homework before I left the house so I knew what the discounts were before I walked in the door. Nate didn't try to oversell us on anything and when we started talking about our TV services, he helped us make the decision to cut U-verse (which was going to happen soon as they are pretty much donezo). Nate was great, Jason was great and we are very happy with AT&T in Crystal Lake!”
