1326 Dodge Ave, Evanston“The BEST gym and the BEST community. If you're new to CrossFit, don't be scared-the coaches and the members all will make you feel safe, welcomed, and modify any movement you're not comfortable doing.”
“Lots of time spent @ OTF & very happy with the results. Worth a try if you're thinking of attempting to establish a balanced, efficient workout routine.”
“I am loving F45! I have been converted from Orangetheory, which is still enjoy occasionally, but by comparison, F45 squeezes more work in in less time. There’s no long speeches, no radio DJ style cheerleading. That may work for some people but I don’t like it. I like walking in, getting to work, getting out. The times and styles of classes work great for me.”
“overall, this is a good gym. i enjoy the instructors for the group fitness classes. i like the pool and hottub. it is not a brand new facility, but it gets the job done. i wish they would reopen the climbing walls. they closed for covid in 2020 and then have never reopened them or explained why.”
“I'm starting my second year at Blink. Came here after years at an old school power lifting gym. At this stage of life, a well equipped, reasonably price, clean and safe gym is all l need. Blink more than fits that description. I couldn't be more satisfied.”

2410 Main St, Evanston“The facility is well equipped and very clean. You couldn’t ask for a nicer group of personnel. They always greet me happily and are wonderfully friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.”
“I train with the owner Dyrick who is great. He always mixes up my workouts. He knows when I can be pushed to work harder and when I can’t. This is very helpful. In addition his studio is very welcoming and all the other trainers are incredibly nice and friendly. A great place to train.”
