“I called EXSA Automotive because I noticed a coolant leak on my van, and they scheduled me for an appointment the next day. I dropped off my van in the early afternoon and it was fixed by the early evening. They explained the situation well and I was happy with the quality of their work. I expressed concerns of taking my van across the state on a 6 hour drive, and they cleared it to be safe.
I made it through my trip with no issues and I will definitely be going back to EXSA Automotive in the near future for further services on my van.”

You and Sam responded quickly with my situation, although I researched the problem. 2 things I was on the fence with if you get the job the diagnosis should be either reduced or free! 2nd , if the customer should be offered the choice for disposal of artifacts from their vehicle. Hence, shop cost! If there's no lubricants etc., why the charge? Other than those 2 , Excellent service!”
